Roundtable TSMS release 12.3.1

OpenEdge Version Compatibility
------------------------------
Roundtable TSMS release 12.3.x is compatible with OpenEdge 11.7 and greater.
The Roundtable TSMS Repository database must be OpenEdge Database release 11.x or greater.

GUI Client and Server issues addressed from 12.3.0 to 12.3.1

     4599 Internal - Issue Moving WIP Code to Product Module                     
          When moving WIP v01.00.00 code to a new Product Module that shares the same
          directory as the original Product Module, the code is deleted from disk.

     4600 Internal - OE Metaschema CRC Issue                                     
          The following error (or similar) may occur when applying a schema update, loading
          schema, or running the database integrity check report:

          "** CRC for index '_Seq-Name' on table '_Sequence' does not match CRC in procedure 
          'rtb/p/rtb_schupdpre.p'. Try recompiling. (7968)."
		  
          The issue occurs when the Workspace database is an OpenEdge 12.x database and the
          Roundtable session was compiled using OpenEdge 12.x against an OpenEdge 11.7 repository
          database. This is due to an underlying OpenEdge meta-schema CRC difference.
		  
          * After installing this patch, delete the r-code for the following files
            rtb/p/rtb_s_schemaload.r
            rtb/p/rtb_schupdpre.r
            rtb/p/rtb_dbinckrpt.r		  

     4601 Tabletop - Errors When Opening System Preferences                      
          The system preferences dialog throws errors when it is opened when running in
          an AppServer configuration.

     4603 Internal - Client Temp Directory Property Not Set                      
          The client-temp-dir property is not set if a password compliance error is received
          when logging in. This results in temp directory errors later in the session when running
          in an AppServer configuration.

     4604 Docs - Updates for 12.3.1
          Rebuild User Guide and Help with additional updates for 12.3 release.
