          source instead of just that is is a source.

     2951 Internal - rtb_hist searches & task import
          The Event/Release information of the Spec tab folder is not 
          accurate. This data should reflect the latest event for an action
          take on the object in the workspace.  The release should be the
          first release in which this event appeared.
          This is also a problem when building the import table by a 
          selected task.  The import routine should only consider the latest 
          'add' event for the task object version.

     2967 Schema - Find First/Last Failed During Schema Upd
          Update of schema list containing a deleted table results in error 
          message:
            Error during update.
            ** FIND FIRST/LAST failed for table . (565)
            Update of <object> cancelled
          The table is deleted successfully. The message is the result of 
          the ERROR-STATUS not being cleared after a FIND... NO-ERROR 
          statement.

     2974 Internal - New Object Add
          In the internal procedure 'evRtbObjectSave' of the New Object 
          window (rtb_newobj.w), the screen values pairs obtained from the 
          SDV are processed in a DO block that begins with
          DO Mi = 1 TO NUM-ENTRIES(Mvalues,CHR(1)) - 1:
          For each column label discovered in the CHR(1)-delimited values 
          list (<label>CHR(1)<value>CHR(1)<label>CHR(1)<value>...), the code 
          fetches the value from the next consecutive value in the list. 
          This works well until one of the values is equal to a label, such 
          as an object Group named "pmod", or a Pmodule named "subtype". Not 
          likely in non-RTB development, but a glitch nonetheless.  The 
          block should begin
          DO Mi = 1 TO NUM-ENTRIES(Mvalues,CHR(1)) - 1 BY 2:
          so that column values will be skipped in the search for column 
          labels.

     2976 Tabletop - New Object Confirmation Part Display
          If a code subtype contains a part with a suffix but with no 
          extension, the pending part shown on the confirmation dialog is 
          incorrect.
          Although the incorrect partname is displayed, the object is 
          properly created.

     2978 Tasks - Can complete Task for another workspace
          Roundtable allows you to view multiple workspaces' tasks without 
          actually changing the workspace you are in which is fine, but it 
          is allowing you to complete tasks when you are not logged into the 
          correct workspace.

     2980 Schema - Error on missing metaschema
          The following OpenEdge runitme error is generated during Schema 
          Update:
          "FIND FIRST/LAST FAILED FOR TABLE (565)"
          This happens when RTB is expecting metaschema in the target DB 
          that is missing - such as if a user mistakenly "Skips" an update 
          for a previous schema update.

     2984 Internal - Binary Object Handling
          'compareBinarySource' procedure should use the 'temp-dir' session 
          property instead of the SESSION:TEMP-DIR.
          'WriteBinaryPart' should check the value of parts-used[] before 
          attempting to write out a part.

     2985 Repository - Compress fails on multi-space names
          When trying to check in or out of binary objects that have 
          multiple spaces in the name, the test of the gzip process fails.

     2997 Internal - DICTDB Management
          The following error is displayed when opening procedures in the 
          AppBuilder. 
          "Database DICTDB not connected"

     2999 Import - Brtb_object record not available
          This error occurs when an import error occurs and the object does 
          not exist in the target workspace.  The problem is that the error 
          message refernces Brtb_object.object when it should reference 
          Brtb_import.object.

     3000 Utilites - Module Load Subfolder Processing
          Module Load by Subtype with a Subtype selection of "All" does not 
          discover objects in a subfolder managed by a subtype.

     3001 ADE - Cannot reopen object after Save As
          If you open a .p in read-only mode (no task selected) and save it 
          as a scratch file to disk and close the procedure editor, 
          Roundtable will no longer allow you to open that same file in 
          read-only mode.  Attemps to open from the Tabletop result in no 
          action.

     3002 Xref - Long SUBSCRIBE tokens generating errors
          The 'SUBSCRIBE' case of the "create_xrefs" procedure is failing 
          for looooong events. This is due to the removal of the truncation 
          code in the previous patch.

     3003 Tabletop - Can't scroll browse when rows > batch
          If the Tabletop is sized such that the number of visible browse 
          rows exceeds the SDO batch size, there are empty rows at the 
          bottom of the browse, and the browse's scrollbar is not enabled - 
          causing the appearance that all records have been retrieved. 
          cannot be used to retrieve the next batch of records - although 
          PageDown and Cursor Down will cause paging.

     3005 API - Cannot create variants
          Besides having a few typos, the description is incorrect, as 
          specifying a different product module does not create a variant of 
          the otherwise specified object.

     3010 Deployments - UI Issues
          1)  You cannot change the release, the path and the schema field 
          in one update - they have to be updated separately. If you have a 
          longish path for the deployment, it gets truncated to the field 
          format when the schema update field is updated. If the path field 
          is updated, the schema update field gets wiped out.
          2) You cannot save changes to the release field using the lookup - 
          it gets reset. So you have to enter it manually.

     3019 Partner Sites - Decrease Transaction Size
          Decrease transaction size and improve performance of Partner Site Replication.

     3020 Partner Sites - Allow Re-Fetch of Release
          * Allow several sites with the same site number to download the 
          same release.  This is essential for Dynamics users as more than 1 
          Dynamics installation may have the same RTB site number.
          * Allow multiple retrievals of the same release.

     3021 Reports - Report Improvements
          Workspace Differences Report shoud consider Product Module when 
          checking version differences.
          Workspace History Report needs more data.

     3022 Schema - Display field extents in schema manager
          In the logical schema manager, it would be helpful if field 
          extents could be shown.

     3026 Tabletop - UI Improvements
          * Capture CTRL-F when focus is in treeView and display find dialog.
          * Ensure a horizontal scroll-bar is displayed for Version Ancestry 
          browse.

     3029 Vis Diff - Enable Vis Diff Window Fields
          Enable Object, Pmod, and Version fields on Vis Diff window to 
          allow user to enter object version specifics without having to 
          locate and select a version from the Tabletop.

     3030 Internal - Check Task Directory for Source
          Check to see if source already exists in task-directory during 
          check-out.

     3031 Internal - Deleting Group Objects
          Deleting a WIP object with a share status of 'Group' removes that 
          object and all other group objects in the OS.

     3033 Tabletop - Show all Pmods when Save-as
          When performing a 'save-as' display all available Product Modules 
          as opposed to only those Product Modules assigned to the currently 
          selected Workspace Module.

          An error is being generated when adding a Sequence.  It's not 
          damaging but just annoying and causes the update to not finish 
          properly.

     2832 Utilities - Global Change Finder
          It is not possible to compare a part of a multi-part object other 
          than the first part.

     2836 Schema - Schema Mgr Allows Deletion of Index Field
          The Schema Manager is allowing the deletion of a field that is 
          used in a index.

     2837 OS - Decompress Failing on Filename Containing "%"
          Gzip decompression is failing if a binary file has "%" in the file 
          name.

     2838 Schema - Update Cancelled Unnecessarily
          *** Merge from Task 2834 / Win91D ***
          * Schema Update is aborted when no current rtb_field record is 
          found for new field in a modified table. Should just add the new 
          field.
          * Message displayed when schema update of a table is aborted 
          contains no particular cause for failure - only "Error durring 
          update." The alert box should contian more specific text to aid in 
          resolving any issues.

     2839 Schema - DB Aliases and Sequences
          Database aliases and sequences appear for the currently-assigned 
          version of a PDBASE, regardless of the version selected.

     2840 Cosmetics - Large Font Issues
          Some UI has issues when customers are using large fonts (or the 
          FixedSys font) on Windows.
          We've discovered that moving the widgets away from the frame's 
          edge seems to resolve these issues.

     2842 Internal - Error on subtype-edit Delete is ignored
          If a user's subtype edit program returns and error on the "Delete" 
          event, the errors is ignored, and the object is deleted.
          If an error is returned from the subtype edit program, the error 
          should be displayed and the delete process interrupted.

     2843 Tabletop - Only 100 Workspaces Are Displayed
          Only 100 Workspace records are being returned to the tabletop.

     2845 Partner Sites - Invalid Handle on retrieval error
          If records are expected from an online partner site repository, 
          but none are returned, an "invalid handle" Progress error is 
          displayed before displaying the RTB error message concerning fewer 
          records received than expected.

     2846 Tabletop - Connecting Workspace Databases
          The Tabletop should display errors returned from the database 
          connection process during Workspace selection.

     2848 Data Access - Subtype Edit Not Updating rtb_object
          When opening an object in Tasks view, the rtb_object.new-version 
          field is not getting upated thus causing a second passing of 
          'import' if the object is opened again.

     2855 Internal - Object In-Use Records
          Correct problems with in-use records / object locking:
          * Can only open 1 part of a multi-part object for edit.  
          Subsequent opens are read-only.
          * Unable to unlock objects with share status of "Task" using the 
          Tabletop "Unlock" menu item.
          * Read-only reason not being displayed in read-only dialog when 
          object cannot be locked.

     2857 ADE - Full pathnames returned on SO choose
          *** Merge from Task 2856 ***
          Fix bug introduced in 9.1D06 & 10.0A03:
          When choosing a SmartObject from the AppBuilder palette, and 
          choosing the object from the Tabletop, the absolute pathname for 
          the chosen object is returned to the AppBuilder instead of a 
          relative path - causing the absolute pathname to be instered into 
          the AppBuilder-generated code.

     2860 GUI - New Object Window
          The subtype-combo box on the new object window is disabled after 
          the first selection is made in save-as mode.
          The sensitivity of the widget appears to have a superfluous 
          condition of the object type fill-in being sensitive. This needs 
          to be investigated and reworked.
          This defect became apparent after adding a 'set_sensitive' call 
          with the addition of the 'Name' button for object naming program 
          support.
          Also, error "**Attribute SCREEN-VALUE for the COMBO-BOX  
          RowObject.pmod has an invalid value of <string>. (4058)"  is being 
          displayed when the window first opens.

     2861 Schema - Table Triggers
          The internal procedure 'process_db_files' in 'rtb_s_schupdext.p' 
          is throwing a 'Brtb_filtrig-cur not on file' error when a new file 
          trigger is being added.
          This is due to the fact that the error-status is not being cleared 
          after a NO-ERROR lookup.  This can be correct by adding a NO-ERROR 
          clause later in the code.
          Offending code:
          FIND Brtb_filtrig-cur OF Brtb_file-cur WHERE
                Brtb_filtrig-cur.rtb_event = Brtb_filtrig-new.rtb_event 
          NO-LOCK NO-ERROR.
          ....
          MhTrigBuff:BUFFER-CREATE().
          Adding a NO-ERROR to the buffer-create should clear the 
          "intentional" error created by the FIND above.

     2863 Schema - Synch SQL Width
          SQL width for some previously added field definitions is set to 0 
          due to a previous bug.

     2872 Xref - PRIVATE-PROCEDURE capture
          Somewhere along the line (present in 9.1D07), PSC introduced the 
          PRIVATE-PROCEDURE token in xref listings for private internal 
          procedures. The RTB xref engine does not recognize this token.
          For completeness of xref and call diagram reporting, RTB should 
          capture and create INTPROC xref records for these procedures.
          The PRIVATE-PROCEDURE token does not seem to be mentioned in any 
          Progress documentation, so it was easy to miss.
          Since this new token was present with at least Progress 9.1D, 
          identification of the token should probably be added to both Unix 
          and Windows RTB version 9.1D and 10.x.

     2878 Internal - Temp Filename Suffixing
          When non-current versions are extracted from the repsoitory into 
          temporary files, the version number of the object is appended to 
          the filename to allow multiple versions of the object to be opened 
          simultaneous ly.  Appending the version number to the filename - 
          after the extension causes these problems:
          * 4GL code not recognized by ADE editors because of altered 
          extension.
          * Non-4GL objects may not open in associated Windows editor, 
          because of altered extension.
          Proposed solution:
          Insert version number between the base filename and its extention 
          instead of appending it to the end of the filename:
          CURRENT:   gui/my_window.w-010100
          PROPOSED:  gui/my_window-010100.w

     2880 Tabletop - Can only paste 1 char into filter
          *** Merge from Task 2871 ***
          Due to a defect in the ADM2 SmartFilter, you can only paste one 
          (1) character into any of the fill-in fields on the UI for the  
          Tabletop filter.
          This has been remedied in OpenEdge 10.1A, and needs to be 
          incorporated into RTB's ADM2.

     2881 Internal - Compression Routine
          When working with files that have a .tgz extension (compressed 
          files) rtb_compress.p fails, resulting in RTB not being able to 
          extract or load objects into the repository.

     2882 Partner Sites - Workspace Sources Updates
          *** Merge from Task 2870 ***
          New product modules have been added to an existing product, and 
          these are shipped to a partner site with a partner site 
          deployment. 
          When these are loaded into the partner site repository, the 
          workspace sources for the workspaces in the repository that use 
          the product are not updated. The only way to get the new product 
          modules included in the workspace sources is to delete the product 
          and re-add it as a source to the workspace.

     2883 Tabletop - Workspace Modules
          If after first adding compile parameters to a workspace module in 
          the Workspace Modules window browse, you click the Check Syntac 
          button, the just entered compile parameters disappear from the 
          browse cell.
          There is no data loss, but it isn't very pretty. The data will 
          reappear by closing and reopening the window.

     2885 Tasks - Sysop Unable to Complete Tasks
          The 'sysop' user is unable to complete tasks of other users.

     2887 Utilities - Module Load Loops w/One Subtype
          *** Merge from Task 2874 ***
          If only 1 Code Subtype is defined in an RTB repository, and the 
          user selectes a scan by filespec, or for All Subtypes, choosing 
          the Scan button will put the Progress client session into an 
          infinite loop.
          The reason is that function 'fnRtbGetAllSubtypePaths' tests the 
          query position for exiting the loop - and if the result set only 
          contains 1 record, neither of the query positions tested 
          ("LastRecord" or "NoRecordAvailable") are satisfied.

     2889 Internal - Object Variant WRX files
          *** Merge from Task 2822 ***
          If you create a custom variant in a Product Module whose Workspace 
          Module is different from that of the original Product Module, the 
          object is moved to the new location but the .WRX file is not.

     2890 Internal - Pending Version Numbers
          When checking-out and object, choosing the the pathch, revision, 
          or version level displays the supposed effective version level of 
          the new version.
          Since the new version displayed is based upon the version of the 
          currently assigned object, the displayed version will not be 
          correct if a later version exists in the repository.
          The check-out dialog should display the correct pending version 
          number by fetching the latest version of the object and 
          calculating the new version number based upon that version instead 
          of the version currently assigned to the workspace.

     2891 Internal - Check-in Object Security
          *** Merge from Task 2875 ***
          Unusual situation, but if a user is a member of a Task, the user 
          can check-in objects in that task even if they do not have the 
          corresponding privilege (e.g. PCODE-OBJECTS) in the workspace.
          The appropriate privilege is required to check-out an object, so  
          it should probablty be required to check-in an object, too.
          Also assigned 01.08.00 of rtb_s_pname.p (required by rtb_s_repo.p 
          for function 'fnRtbGetObjectAbsolutePathnames').

     2897 API - WorkspaceChangeBefore Event Misfiring
          The workspaceChangeBefore event is being fired every time a module 
          node in the treeview is selected.

     2899 Utilities - Group Checkout
          If you run a Group Checkout as a group but comes across a program 
          that has already been checked out, the group checkout fails and 
          does not update any records after the one giving the error.
          This can be rectified by outputting any errors encountered to a 
          log file and displaying the results to the user after the process 
          has completed.

     2900 Internal - Edit File Selection
          *** Merge from Task 2895 ***
          Remove wrx file from edit data so that it is never presented to 
          the user as a file choice for view/edit.

     2901 Internal - Cannot Save Release Changes
          User-defined function 'fnRtbCheckWorkspaceReleasePermission' 
          invoked dynamically but could not be found (5639)
          How to reproduce it:
          Start 'Workspace release ...'. Edit description of last release 
          (just add a space at the end) and save. Leave window open and make 
          a report of that release ('Reports -> Workspace -> Release Report 
          ...). Close report window and edit release again and when saving 
          that release you get this error.

     2902 Internal - Binary Files Checked-in as Zero Bytes
          During the check-in process, if Roundtable cannot read the file 
          (file permission or in Richard's case, the file was in use by 
          another process) it gets checked in as zero-bytes.
          The check-in process should ensure that the file can be read 
          before attempting to check it in.

     2903 Compile - Task Dir Removed From PROPATH
          Peforming a selective compile removes the task directory from your 
          PROPATH.  This happens if you choose selective compile and specify 
          a task that is not your current task.

     2905 Internal - Object In-Use Records

     2907 Tabletop - Add Compare Button to OS Diff Warning
          When checking out an object and a difference is detected between 
          the repository data and the file(s) on disk, RTB displays a 
          warning dialog that allows the user to select either the 
          repository or the OS file(s) as the working copy.
          Add a "Compare" button to the dialog that will allow the user to 
          view the actual differences between the repository and OS using 
          the user-defined visual diff tool.
          ALSO, share OS/repo compare code between Object Checkout and 
          Change Finder.

     2910 Admin - Product Module Maintenance
          "Module : List of items is too Large" error when a large number of 
          Workspace Modules exist.
          The underlying problem here is with ADM2's select.p, which uses 
          the rowValues function in data.p to populate the Workspace Module 
          combo.  The rowValues function returns a CHAR string, resulting in 
          a 32K limit for the data.

     2911 Cosmetics - FixedSys & Large Font Compatibility
          Make adjustments to UI objects that produce runtime errors when 
          Progress session "DefaultFont" is set to "FixedSys" or when 
          Windows desktop is using Large (120 dpi) fonts so that users can 
          use the aformentioned fonts as the default font without error 
          (even though it may look ugly).

     2912 Utilities - Group Checkout
          ** Merge changes from Task 2899 **
          If you run a Group Checkout as a group but comes across a program 
          that has already been checked out, the group checkout fails and 
          does not update any records after the one giving the error.
          This can be rectified by outputting any errors encountered to a 
          log file and displaying the results to the user after the process

     2914 Reports - Error Running PFIELD Obj Def Report
          The following error is generated when running the report:
          "** Starting position for SUBSTRING, OVERLAY, etc must be 1 or 
          greater. (82)"
          The stack trace shows that the error is occurring in 
          fnRtbBreakLines.

     2916 Import - Build Import List By Task
          If an object is moved into a variant in the same task in which it 
          was created, the import list does not contain the variant version 
          of the object.
          This is due to the fact that the import table does not take 
          product module into consideration but only version.  Since the 
          custom variant will have a lower version by default, it does not 
          get selected for import.

     2917 Cosmetics - FixedSys & Large Font Compatibility

     2729 Internal - Setting 'session-id' Property
          Although a session ID number is obtained during login, and 
          properly stored in an rtb_session record, it is not set in the 
          session properties connection context string until initialization 
          of the Tabletop.
          If a user logs in using the API, without starting the Tabletop, 
          many operations will fail security checks, since the function 
          fnRtbGetUser depends upon the session ID being available in the 
          session properties connection context string.
          The session ID propery should be added to the connection context 
          string (using fnRtbSetSessionProperty) as part of the login 
          process - before the session ID is returned to the client that 
          initiated the login.

     2730 Internal - Object Release Calculation
          It's possible for an object to appear as those it's not in a 
          release (or in the wrong release), if it's event number 
          corresponds with the event number for the release.  This is due to 
          an error in the calculated field in the rtb_u_ver SDO.  There is 
          no data corrpution.
          This can be corrected by modifying the function 
          'fnRtbGetVersionReleaseInfo' in rtb_s_ver.p.

     2731 ADE - Process Open Failure
          In rtb_adelib.p, procedure rtb_process_open the call to
          DYNAMIC-FUNCTION('fnRtbGetFilenameObjectRowid':U should specify 
          the SDO handle. 

     2732 Internal - Unable to Delete Schema Update List
          Schema Update list cannot be deleted even though the status is 
          UPDATED.

     2734 Internal - Subtype Compilable Parts Not Getting Se
          The field rtb_subtype.part-comp[1] is not getting set to true if a 
          subtype was not originally flagged as 'program'.  This renders 
          objects that use this subtype uncompilable (even though it appears 
          to be compilable) unless this value is manually set.

     2735 ADE - ADE Library Running After Tabletop Shutdown
          The rtb_adelib.p is continues to run after the tabletop is closed. 
          This prevents users from using the Appbuilder as the rtb_adelib 
          continues to intercept but cannot pass control to the tabletop 
          since it is not running.

     2736 ADE - Objects Not Getting Flagged READ-ONLY
          Roundtable seems to be getting confused in its setting of programs 
          as read only in the appbuilder/editor under the following 
          circumstances:
          1)       In app builder select open file button
          2)       Select OS file
          3)       Cancel from file selection dialog
          4)       Double click any object from roundtable window and it 
          will not be set as read only

     2737 Schema - Brtb_flddef Record Not on File
          Steps to duplicate:
          1. Load schema so that a new PFIELD (version 010000) is created.
          2. Check-in the new PFIELD object.
          3. Check-out the PFIELD's parent PFILE object.
          4. Remove the PFIELD assignment from the PFILE.
          5. Delete the PFIELD from the Workspace.
          6. Run Schema Update.
          The error occurs because the rtb_commits record created for 
          version 010000 of the PFIELD during the Schema Load still exists 
          in the repository (with a version of 1010000).  The rtb_commits 
          records are properly deleted with a subsequent loads or updates, 
          however this situation of a Schema Load (creating new, version 
          010000 objects) followed by a Schema Update seems not to have been 
          considered. 
          Since rtb_commits records are no longer needed after schema 
          objects have been checked-in, they should be deleted as part of 
          the check-in process.

     2739 Internal - Data Refresh After Subtype Update
          Data is not getting refreshed after an update.

     2740 ADM2 - Incorrect 'adm2' Reference
          There are references to adm2/ in the ADMTWO code that we are 
          shipping.  When a dynamic browse is fired up (specifically from 
          the ctrl-f index look up on schema mgr), 4 adm2/*.p procedures can 
          be seen running.

     2741 Internal - Opening Multiple Object Versions
          Testing has revealed that you can open the current version of the 
          object as well as one previous version of the same object. If 
          another previous version is attempted opened, then the newly 
          selected version will replaced the one that is currently open in 
          the procedure editor. 
          This seems to be caused by the fact that the temp file for opening 
          a previous verison always gets the same file name within a 
          session. This should be changed so that the filename is unique - 
          possibly by including the version number in the temp file name.

     2743 Partner Sites - Object update loading
          Object group and level data, dumped in file 's001.d' for disk 
          Partner Site deployments, is not being transfered into the target 
          repository during on-line replication.  The data is extracted from 
          the source repository, but not loaded into the target repository.
          The comment 'We are ignoring this for now...' in the internal 
          procedure of 'get_table_data' in rtb_psload.p since version 
          01.00.00 indicates the intentional - yet temporal - exclusion of 
          this functionality.
          The procedure has developed enough at this point to include the 
          's001' data in on-line replications.

     2744 Internal - Task Completion and User Xrefs
          Mismatched parameters in calls to function 'fnRtbReceiveOSFile' 
          during Task completion and creation of user xrefs via create_xrefs 
          API.
          Correcting the mismatched parameters in the Xref SDO reveals that 
          the create_xrefs API contains other problems (i.e. it doesn't 
          work).

     2748 ADE - Non-WIP objects not read-only via OS
          When an OS file is opened via the ADE in an RTB session, RTB 
          should determine if that opened file is for an object under RTB's 
          control, and either open read-only or lock it - as appropriate - 
          if it is under RTB control.
          The 'rtb_process_open procedure' in rtb_adelib.p does contain a 
          call to function 'fnRtbGetFilenameObjectRowid', but it is never 
          called, since the block containing the call is bypassed if the 
          filed was open via OS (instead of the Tabletop).

     2749 Administration - Product Module Source Exclusion
          Lift the ban on excluding Product Module from Primary Workspace 
          sources, allowing users to exclude individual Product Modules from 
          a Primary Workspace source.
          Problem Definition:
          If users are interested in a Primary source for only one or a few 
          of the Product Modules belonging to a Product, they have no way of 
          excluding the unwanted Product Modules, since creating a Primary 
          Product source causes the sources for all of its Product Modules 
          to be Primary, too.
          Similarly, if a development site effectively retires a Product 
          Module by creating variants of all the objects originally in the 
          retired Product Module, new objects can be inadvertently created 
          in the retired Product Module, since its status remains Primary 
          for the selected Workspace and cannot be changed.

     2755 Utilities - Module Load Is Not Loading WRX Files
          Associated WRX files are not being registered with the object 
          during the Module Load process.  This was broken in patch 10.0A02.

     2758 Internal - Correct 'fnRtbGetFilenameObjectRowid'
          Earlier modifictions to rtb_s_obj.p were not merged into later 
          versions.

     2759 Internal - No Entry Point for rtb_createTask
          Using the RTB API (rtb_api.p) to add a task fails due to 'no entry 
          point for rtb_createTask' in rtb_u_task.w.

     2762 Schema - Error Creating rtb_commits During Update
          The following error occurs when running Update schema.
          **Brtb_commits already exists with workspace ID "devel" Type 
          "PFIELD" object "oeps" (132)]
          This happens when a new PFIELD domain is assigned to more than one 
          table.

     2763 Internal - Function not found during checkout
          If a conflict between repository data and the OS file exists when 
          checking-out an object, and the user chooses to use the repository 
          data, the following error occurs when running in distributed mode:
          User-defined function 'fnRtbExtractVersionSource' invoked 
          dynamically but could not be found. (5639)

     2765 Schema - Unable to find shared buffer for Bfield
          When one uses the Areas interface from _update.w, the following 
          error is generated in the rtb_ilog/schema.log file:
          "Unable to find shared buffer for Bfield."
          This causes the schema to not get updated for the table.
          Solution:
          A buffer that should be defined as shared as was not. Please make 
          the following modifications to rtb_inst/schupd2.p:
          1. Comment out the DEFINE BUFFER Bfield.. line.
          2. Re-add this as a SHARED buffer at the top:
          DEFINE NEW SHARED BUFFER Bfield FOR DICTDB._field.

     2767 Tabletop - Xref Index View
          The xref view for a referenced index is incorrect.

     2769 Tabletop - Current Object Issues
          All Tabletop menu items dependent upon the current object rowid as 
          determined by the Module view selection should be modified to 
          update the Module query when the current view is other than the 
          Module view.
          Defects addressed:
          RTB 2005-0512949:
          If a PDBASE object is selected in a view other than the Module 
          view (most likely Objects in Task view), and some other object was 
          previously selected in the Module view, running Load Schema 
          results in the error message "rtb_dbase record not available".
          RTB 2005-0414873:
          If you carry out the following steps in Roundtable 10.0A02:
              * If you aren't currently in Module View, press the Module 
          View button.
              * Select a task in the Task combo-box.
              * Note the object currently selected in the main browse.
              * Press the Task View button.
              * Select a PCODE object.
              * Select the menu item Compile->Compile Object with Listings 
          and Xref.
              * Select the menu item Compile->View Compile Listing.
          An error message appears that says:
          Listing file for 'prevselectedprog.p' does not exist.
          Run 'Compile Object with Listings and Xref' from the Tabletop 
          Compile menu to produce listings, then try again.
          In the above message, 'prevselectedprog.p' is the object that was 
          selected before you switched to Task View.
          A similar error message appears if you select the menu item 
          Compile->View Xrefs File.
          If it should happen that Compile Object with Listings and Xref has 
          previously been run for 'prevselectedprog.p', then when you select 
          the menu item Compile->View Compile Listing, you get the compile 
          listing for 'prevselectedprog.p', not the PCODE object you've just 
          done a compile with listings and xref for. 
          I have tested this and am able to reproduce on 9.1D05 and 10.0A02.

     2772 Utilities - Group Checkout
          The Change Finder is not working as effeciently as it could.  Make 
          the Change Finder a separate process from Goup Checkout and give 
          the user the option to remove or check-out deleted objects.
          Send a notification to the Tabletop to refresh after a Group 
          Checkout / Changer Finder operation.

     2773 Schema - Logical Schema Management
          Schema Manager Bugs
          -------------------------------------
          "Invalid component-handle referenced while processing 
          method/statement: KEY" when selecting field node after selecting 
          database node.
          "Mismatched parameters passed to rtb_view_refresh" when 
          checking-out PDBASE object on Tabletop.

          Schema Manager Enhancements
          -----------------------------------------------------
          Allow adding of new PFILE and PFIELD objects from the Schema 
          Manager window.

     2774 Repository - Bad binary compare message
          Message "Error reading <filepath>" is erroneously displayed when 
          checking integrity of binary objects, if difference is detected 
          before entire file is read.

     2775 Schema - New Schema Object Dialog
          Allow adding of new PFILE and PFIELD objects from the Schema 
          Manager window.
          Since the dialog for adding new schema objects, rtb_newschobj.w 
          was created using 10.0B ADM2, it is necessary to patch it for 
          compatability with the 9.1D ADM2 used in RTB 10.0A and RTB 9.1D.

     2777 Tabletop -  Errors when closing w/open object(s)
          "Attempt to reference stale widget handle", etc errors are 
          produced when closing Tabletop before closing open object.
          To duplicate:
          1. Open a .W for edit in the AB
          2. Close Tabletop with the object still open.
          3. Close AB.
          User should not be able to close the Tabletop if RTB-opened 
          objects remain open in the ADE.

     2778 Tabletop - Errors when closing w/open object(s)
          "Attempt to reference stale widget handle", etc errors are 
          produced when closing Tabletop before closing open object.
          To duplicate:
          1. Open a .W for edit in the AB
          2. Close Tabletop with the object still open.
          3. Close AB.

     2780 Compile - Source File Disappearing During Compile
          When a multi-letter extension ends with the letter 'r', Roundtable 
          is accidently overwriting it when it generates a temporary r-code 
          name.

     2781 Schema - PDBASE object status
          The update status of a PDBASE object is being set to "M" 
          immediately upon check-out.  Under the previous architecture, it 
          is not set until it is actually modified (i.e. table added, 
          sequence added, etc).
          This is causing an issue when checking a PDBASE object out to 
          simply add an alias.  The database is marked as 'M' but the Build 
          Schema process finds no changes.  The status has to be set 
          manually to get 'unstuck'.

     2782 Tabletop - Cannot open Object in Task directory
          Opening an object from AppBuilder doesn't look in task directory.
          Based on call originally logged as issue for BDS: 
          * Bring up the AppBuilder.     
          * Create a task with a task directory specified.     
          * Select that task.     
          * Check out an object.     
          * Click the Open button on the AppBuilder.     
          * Double-click the checked out object in the main Roundtable 
          browse.  The file under the workspace root directory (i.e. the 
          Central version) is opened, rather than the file under the task 
          directory (the Task version).  If, instead of checking out an 
          existing object, you create a new object, attempting to open that 
          object from the AppBuilder will generate an error message which 
          says that the AppBuilder cannot find the file within the workspace 
          root directory.

     2785 Utilities - Subtype Name & Build Programs
          Add support for custom "Name program" and "Build program" 
          specified in Code Subtype definitions.

     2786 Tabletop - Object properties lost on object change
          Object Properties window displays new object without saving 
          updates.
          If you carry out the following steps in Roundtable:      
          * In the main browse, right-click on a PCODE object that you have 
          checked out.     
          * Select the Properties option.     
          * In the Roundtable Object Properties window, switch to the Note 
          tab.     
          * Type in some text.     
          * In the main browse, click on another PCODE object.  The 
          properties for the object you've just clicked are displayed in the 
          Roundtable Object Properties window. The text you entered 
          disappears and is not saved to the database. It would seem more 
          user-friendly to either prevent you from selecting another object 
          while an update is in place, or ask you if you want to save your 
          changes when you select another object.

     2787 Utilities - Module Load
          Merge correction from 9.1C:
          Module Load is not properly identifying subtypes by their suffix 
          when no extension is specified.
          The pathRecid calculated field format is to small in 
          rtb/sdo/rtb_u_path.w The integer size of the field gives errors in 
          places like Module Load when the pathRecid values are very large.
          ** Value 17632028 cannot be displayed using 9999999. (74)

     2788 Misc. Cosmetic corrections
          Useless Add button in Session Information window.
          Useless Workspace Sources window Help menu.
          Workspace Import window File menu contains misspelling: "Togle 
          Include or Exclude". Should be "Toggle Include or Exclude".

     2790 Tasks - Tasks Lookup
          Non-graceful error occurs when selecting a task number in the task 
          report in a workspace with no tasks.
          Select a workspace with no tasks.
          Reports.. Task.. Task Report.
          Click on the '...' to select a starting or ending task. (all 
          options are checked).
          Error:
          Browse widget must contain at least one record before 
          SELECT-FOCUSED-ROW method is used (2108).

     2791 Compile - AppBuilder Error w/Object Compile Params
          "OK to Quit AppBuilder?" error dialog displays when compiling 
          without xref an object with compile parameters defined at the 
          object level.

     2792 Tasks - User can complete another's task
          A user should not be able to complete another user's task.
          * Add checks to prevent this from happening.
          * Initially position Task Maintenance to the currently selected 
          Task (ala RTB 9.1C) to minimize the likelihood of a user 
          attempting to complete or make changes to the wrong Task.

     2794 Reports - DB Integrity Check Report case issue
          Difference in field name case confuses Database Integrity Check 
          Report.
          This is taken from an issue logged by BDS: 
          If you carry out the following steps in Roundtable 10.0A02:      
          * Create a PFIELD object in Roundtable called MyField.     
          * Assign it to an existing PFILE object with a Local Field Name of 
          MyField.     
          * Run the Schema Update utility to create the corresponding field 
          in the corresponding physical database.     
          * Using the Data Dictionary tool (i.e. outside of Roundtable), 
          change the name of the physical field to MYFIELD (i.e. same name, 
          but all upper case).  
          * Run the Roundtable Database Integrity Check Report against the 
          corresponding PDBASE object.  The following line will appear in 
          the report:  
          **Difference(s) in Field MYFIELD :  However, there will be no 
          detail line explaining what the difference is in the relevant 
          field, and the difference won't appear in the total number of 
          differences found.   

     2796 Internal - RTB_xref_generator procedure
          The RUN statements in the auto-generated procedure 
          'RTB_xref_generator' contain strings that are translatable, e.g. 
          RUN "adm2/dynbrowser.w *RTB-SmObj* ". 
          These strings should have a :U (untranslatable string attribute) 
          at the end of them to ease customer translation projects.

     2797 Schema - Update Schema trips on locked DB
          This is based on a call from BDS : RTB 2005-0225788. 
          If you attempt to do a schema update in Roundtable 10.0A02, and at 
          the point that you press the Update button (and answer Yes to the 
          confirmation message), another user is in that database, you get 
          the Progress "Database in use by..." error message. 
          If you then click Cancel on that message, the following error 
          messages appear:  
          ** Unable to update _Field Field. (142) Unable to set attribute 
          BUFFER-VALUE in widget of type BUFFER-FIELD. (3131) 
          ** Unable to update Field. (142)  
          If you happen to have the AppBuilder open at the time, you also 
          get an "OK to quit the AppBuilder?" error message.  Having 
          dismissed these error messages, you're left with the Roundtable 
          Schema Update progress window hanging in mid-air. If you then 
          close and re-open the main Roundtable Schema Update window, the 
          update has a status of UPDATING, and there's no way to abort or 
          complete the schema update.  It would be much more helpful if, 
          when you press the cancel button on the "Database in use by..." 
          message, Roundtable backed out gracefully, leaving the update with 
          a status of LISTOK (just like it did in version 9.1C).  

     2799 Utilities - Group Checkout

          records should be deleted along with the Workspace and its objects.

     2804 Internal - Progress Error (74) on temp files
          If the client or AppServer session has been running for more than 
          24 hours, the code  to generate a temporary filename using ETIME 
          (STRING(ETIME,"99999999")) will raise Progress error 74 as the 
          ETIME value exceeeds 8 digits as used in the format.  Such code is 
          found in three objects:
          rtb_fileio.p
          rtb_s_objext.p
          rtb_s_repoext.p
          Ideally, there should be only one instance of temporary filename 
          generation (rtb_fileio.p), with the other procedures calling that 
          function.
          Also, the existing rtb_fileio.p routine does not guaranty a unique 
          filename, and should check for the existece of the generated name 
          to ensure its uniqueness (see PSC's adecomm/_tmpfile.p).

     2806 Tasks - Task Completition / Reopen
          The message SmartFrame on the Task completion dialog is not 
          enabled. When messages exceed the height of the editor widget, the 
          user cannot scroll the editor to see all the messages.
          There is also some funky sorting going on when browsing by 
          programmer and the programmer is part of a multi-user task.
          Users would love to be able to reopen tasks.

     2808 Schema - Errors when adding CLOB in Schema Mgr.
          When assigning a newly added CLOB field in the Logical Schema 
          Manager, the following errors appear:
          **Attribute SCREEN-VALUE for the rowObject.rtb_Charset has an 
          invalid value of ?. (4058)
          **Attribute SCREEN-VALUE for the rowObject.rtb_Collation has an 
          invalid value of ?. (4058)"

     2811 Data Access - Increase formatting in Module SDO
          The format of the 'module' column is too small.

     2814 Schema - Schema Update Processing Procedures
          * The default schema update processing procedures need to be
          improved.  The formatting is bad and the output does not accurate
          reflect the changes.
          * The approriate flags are not being set for detected field changes.

     2815 Security - Check for 'sysop' in Maint Programs
          Ensure that user is sysop immediately upon attempting to modify
          records in various maintenance programs as opposed to on update.

Repository - Remote file transfer
* Trailing spaces in text files are not being preserved when transfering files.

Tasks - Task Directory Validation
* When selecting a task from the Tabletop, make sure that the task directory
  exists if the task's share status is not "Central".
* Before checking out an object, make sure that the user has read/write permission
  for the target path(s) (task directory or object part paths under workspace).

Dynamics - Task completion procedure
* Rename procedure 'completeTask' in Task SDO and its helper to 'rtb_completeTask'
  for consistency with other procedures created for Dynamics integration.

Utilities - Module Load
* Attempting to run Module Load for a workspace with no sources defined creates
  all kinds of issues and errors.  
* Dynamic objects are not being cleaned up properly in Module Load leading to the
  possibility of memory leaks.
* Sometimes Module Load does not detect objects for subsequent scans after scanning
  by subtype.
* Possible alias objects are not scanned if they have been previously scanned.
* Prevent the Module Load Object Properties from returning a value if nothing has
  changed.

Schema - Remove Schema
* If you choose to remove schema for a WIP PDBASE object and the object does not
  belong to your current task, RTB attempts to remove the schema (after a great
  deal of processing) before you get an error saying that the task is not valid.
  If the schema is large, you may end up waiting several minutes to be informed
  that you can't remove the schema (even though you thought it was happening). The
  task should be validated as soon as possible so that user gets immediate feedback.
* The process status window does not update if the schema is large.

Tabletop - Assign Object
* The "Rows to Batch" property for the rtb_u_wspmod limits the number of product
  modules that are displayed in the Pmodule combo-box, since the combo-box is
  populated from the RowObject table after opening the query.
* If there are more non-unique product module sources (PRI and INC) than the batch
  rows limit, several product modules will not appear in the combo-box.  This is a
  real problem if the selected object belongs to a product module not contained in
  the combo-box.

Tabletop - Test Version Integrity
* Choosing File/Test Version Integrity does not detect differences between the
  repository and the OS. 

Tabletop - Toolbar Sensitivity
* After updating the object properties, the toolbar sensitivity is not properly
  reflecting the change. 

Tasks - Share Status Change
* Ugly errors occur when moving a 0-byte file from Task to Central. Changing share
  status should move 0-byte files without incident.

Utilities - Module Load
* Mismatched parameter types passed to User-defined Function fnRtbRemoveObject-S.
* Module Load replacing code sub-type value via object properties properties when
  multiple object of different sub-types selected.

Reports - Task Report
* The Task Report looks terrible.  The description is being broken and CR inserted
  in the wrong places.

Reports - Workspace Release Report
* The following error is generated when running a release report: "Brtb_ver record
  not on file".
* Performance. The report often takes several minutes to run. Check the report for
  index usage and possible performance enhancements. The "Show Object Variants"
  option, in particular, is a huge performance hit.
* Show Object Variants option. The same variants in the same workspaces are listed
  multiple times for an object.
* If the currently assigned version of an object is reassigned to the workspace
  (such as delete and revert) the reassigned object is still an "Assign" event that
  falls within the current release contributing to some confusion as the object and
  its task - however ancient - show as a change since the "From" release on the
  report.  Consider modifying the report to supress consecutive assigns of the
  same version.
* Readablity of report needs improvement.

Security - Level/Group permission check
* A user without the Object Level/Group privilege in a workspace can still edit an
  object's group.

Issues addressed and changes from v10.0A to v10.0A01
----------------------------------------------------

Tabletop Updates
* Create separate "version ancestry" and "versions in product module views" on
  Tabletop (2004-0203187).
* ChangeRowsToBatch for module SDO to 0 (2004-0510255).
* Correct mode values for custom edit programs when opening objects.
* Subtype edit programs need to be called in 'import' mode when opening an
  object with a subtype edit program.
* When running in AppServer mode, the current row is not being properly refresh after an
  object is checked-in.
* Correct 'Properties' accelerator on pop-up menu.
* Update TreeView attributes.
* Display all open tasks for user (as manager or programmer) in the task combo box on the
  Tabletop if no workspace is selected.  Also select the appropriate Workspace when
  selecting one of these tasks.
* Double-clicking object in task does not open object.
* Compile button is sometimes enabled when object is checked out to task-directory
  via AppServer.
* Product Module is chopped off in some browsers.
* Remove prev version column from Version Ancestry view.
* Value-Changed is not being applied to the current row after a column sort.
* Object versions and objects in task do not display when running via AppServer.
* Current object data is not correctly updated when switching views.
* Display all open tasks for user (as manager or programmer) in the task combo box on the

* Selecting an object from recent views menu does not properly select the object, even

Schema Manager
* Check for NewRecord in PFILE and PFIELD assignments before selecting another
  record via TreeView or folder page.
* "Unable to locate record in current query."  Message is displayed in Schema
  Manager when clicking on a file or field object that is assigned to a database
  that is different than the one for the previously selected node.
* Keep TreeView synchronized with (file/field/index) record displayed on folder
  page.
* Don't allow selection of another schema object if a modification is pending.
* Reports menu items should be disabled if no schema object is selected.
* Toolbar sometimes stuck in update mode when adding PFIELD assignments.
* TreeView not positioning to newly added PFILE or PFIELD assignment.
* TreeView selection not visible when focus leaves TreeView.
* Inconsistent labeling of field nodes in TreeView.
* Populating the Logical Schema Manager TreeView takes a long time when loading large
  schemas.
* Assign PFILE to PDBASE dialog can take exceedgingly long time to populate browse.

Schema Update
* "Invalid character in numeric input.. (76)" error is generated during the building of
  the schema update table when an expected PFILE object cannot be found in the workspace.
* Don't allow schema update bulids for previous (not latest) deployments.
* "Brtb_deploy not found" error when defining data processing for deployments.
* Data processing procedures are not encryted for encrypted (Runtime and Query site)
  deployments.
* Load-only data processing procedures not being run during schema update.

Workspace Maintenance Menu
* When creating/udating a Workspace via the Workspace Maintenance window, several menu
  items remain sensitive which will cause errors if selected while the viewer is in
  "update" mode.
* Disable invalid menu items during update mode.
* Remove unused Help menu.

Schema Load
* B2rtb_object record not on file. (138)when deleted database field object is not
  assigned to workspace.
* Xref records are not removed for deleted schema objects during schema load.
* Unused schema objects are not removed from workspace when user selects to do so after
  loading schema changes.

Change Share Status
* Choosing "Change Share Status" and clicking OK without changing the share status
  displays the following error: "Unknown Share Status".
* Using Task Maintenance to change the share status of many objects at once is a bit hit
  and miss. If you highlight all the objects in the browse the share status only seems
  to skip every fourth object and the status remains what it was originally.

Schema Load
* When loading schema with a very large number of new tables the character variable for
  determining new file names (for use when determining delete or rename) gets blown out.
* Put same case-sensitive schema comparisons in both Load Schema and Database Integrity
  Check Report.

AppServer Upload Tool
* Procedure rtb_fileio.p will not compile with a Unix Progress client due to the
  presence of un-escaped slashes in a conditional statement.
* Change rtb_asio.p to search for rtb_fileio.p OR rtb_fileio.r to prevent need for
  rtb_fileio.p on AppServer partition.

Task Maintenance
* If you attempt to delete a task in Task Maintenance and are denied (for instance,
  objects are checked-out to that task) the task is still deleted from the Tabletop
  combo-box.
* When browsing tasks by workspace in the Tasks window, hidden workspaces should not
  show in Workspace combo-box.

New Object UI
* Properly handle the creation of alias objects.  Substring errors are being generated
  when attempting to create an aliased object and pname errors are not being reported.
* Clean up some of the less then straight-forward error messages that get returned when
  an error occurs attempting to create a new object.
* "Object 'name' contains double extension." error if selected subtype has no
  extension.
* bfx: Field too large for a data item. Try to increase -s. (42) in
  fnRtbGetObjectGroups if workspace has large number of object groups.

Object Share Status
* Starting position for SUBSTRING,OVERLAY,etc. must be 1 or greater (82) when changing
  object share status from Task to Central.
* Object's r-code is not removed from the Task directory.When changing its share status
  from Task to Central.

Path/Filename Validation
* Some paths are not being validated properly (convert "\" to "/", etc..)
* The browse buttons for Task Groups and Deployments are not being properly
  enabled and disabled.

Object Groups
* If several (as in hundreds) of object groups exist for the currently selected
  workspace module, Progress error (42) (bfx: Field too large for a data item. Try
  to increase -s) can occur during initialization of the New Object window.

Roundtable Registry Values
* WindowSize and WindowPosition are not being properly set if the Roundtable session
  is terminated by closing the AppBuilder window.
  
Workspace Deployments
* Object r-code not deleted during _update.w.

Task Completion
* When completing a task, the first status messages do not appear in the status area
  until long after those stages are completed. 

Record Locking
* rtb_ver and rtb_repo records are retaining a share-lock status after checking
  an object in or out.

Custom Variants
* rtb_ver.prev-ver is not being properly set when moving a custom variant back to
  it's original product module.

DLL output parameters
* The message (12200) was added in 10.0B. Here is the text description:
  You cannot use OUTPUT to return CHARACTER or LONGCHAR data.  Use MEMPTR instead.

Workspace Sources Not Deleted
* When deleting a workspace using the delete option within workspace maintenance, the
  workspace sources for the workspace are not being deleted.

Object Lookup
* Object lookup is painfully slow when fetching hundreds of objects of specified pmod
  and obj-type.

Object Assign
* "Compile w/XREF on object assign" user preference is ignored when compiling objects
   upon assignment to workspace.

Module Load
* You are only able to create an alias once using Module Load because the object fill-in
  is not enabled (you can only check the Alias toggle).

Workspace Security
* Workspace access should be permitted for only sysop and users/groups assigned to the
  Workspace.

Workspace Maintenance
* If a workspace path has many entries, some are being cut off due to the format of
  wspace-path fill-in field on the viewer.

Task Lookup
* Add a task lookup dialog to task reports.

VisDiff Window
* VisDiff selection window is easily lost behind Tabletop.  Cause the window to appear
  in the Windows taskbar so that it can be more easily brought to foreground.

Version 010000 WIP Object Deletion
* If version 010000 WIP object is deleted from a workspace, the event history record for
  the WIP object is not being deleted.

Error Opening WRX's in Task Directory
* Checking out a .W with an associated WRX file to a task directory, is misfiring. The
  WRX file is not copied correctly from the workspace to the task directory.  Instead a
  corrupted WRX is being placed in the directory which causes an "unable to load control"
  error in AppBuilder.

Group Checkout
* User-defined function 'fnRtbGetSessionPropery' invoked dynamically but could not be
  found. (5639) error during Group Checkout when running in AppServer mode.

Selective Compile
* If Roundtable does not think that anything needs to be compiled then you get the error
  "** TFiles record not on file. (138)".

Object Deletion
* If an object has been opened for edit but not unlocked, it cannot be deleted from the
  workspace.  This is fine, but no error message is generated and the user is left
  wondering what is going on.

Workspace Import
* When a schema object (PDBASE, PFILE, PFIELD) is selected in the Workspace Import
  window browse, the Compare button should not be sensitive.

Version Ancestry View
* The Version Ancestory View is showing orphans that are not part of the current
  object's version ancestory. 

Object Lookup
* Disable the object fill-in in the Assign Object window.

Populate Workspace
* When populating a workspace, the status dialog hides behind the main window.

Object Compile
* If this first object compiled during an RTB session has no compilable parts the
  message ** No TTcompobj record is available (91) is displayed.

WRX Registeration
* An object that lives in the workspace root directory cannot register it's WRX object.
  The following error is generated: "WRX file is zero bytes or missing"

Schema Update Browser
* When clicking on the headers for columns "Type", "Status",  "Action", and "Index"
  in the Schema Update window browser, Progres error 7328 is displayed.

Task Maintenance
* No Brtb_task record is available (91) when adding a new Task.

Deployment Processing
* The 'selcomp' file is being built with extra blank records at the top
  of the file.

Assign Object Window
* Product modules appear multiple time in Assign Object window combo-box if
  product module is sourced from multiple workspaces.

SDO Widget Fills
* Widget fill functions in rtb_u_subt.w and rtb_u_user.w do not work when the
  query result is a single record.

Description Editing
* Maintain description arrays for cross-platform compatibility.

Unapplied Changes Report
* "Brtb_file not found" error on some PFILE differences.

DB Integrity Check Report
* Fix runtime errors in DB integrity check report:
  - "BUFFER-VALUE is not a queryable attribute for BUFFER-HANDLE" error on SQL
    width discrepancies.
  - "Compile time arguments may not be passed to an internal procedure" on format
    discrepancies.
